 What happens after I complete and submit my audit report?
 Your area/country manager will check your report and will receive notification that the report is finalised and or the report will be sent back to you with a message from the manager asking that you re-submit. This may be due to further information required regarding a particular standard.
 Why can’t I sign in?
 This could be due to a number of reasons. Firstly please check with your area manager to ensure you're registered on the system. Then try resetting your password. If you've forgotten your username and cannot find the email that was originally sent to you with the username, please contact ymesupport@bpaigroup.com quoting your dealer contact email, dealer Id, and dealer name.
 I’m running a Mac and keep getting an error message saying invalid log in, what do I do?
 If you're accessing the audit from Safari, please download the latest version of Chrome and try again. If you still get issues logging in, try resetting your password and check that your username is correct. If you're still getting issues, email ymesupport@bpaigroup.com quoting your dealer name, dealer Id, and dealer contact email.
 Can I download a PDF of my audit report?
 Once your audit has been Quality controlled by your area/country manager you will have the option to download your report by PDF.
 I have lost my username and/or password, what do I do?
 If you have lost your username, please email ymesupport@bpaigroup.com and include your dealer name, dealer Id and your dealer contact email. If you have forgotten your password, then you can reset your password from the 'Forgotten Password' link on the Login screen of the Audit portal.
 I started my audit and came out of it, but I am unable to find it, what do I do?
 Try logging out and logging back in ensuring that you have chosen the same language selection. If your audit is still missing, please contact ymesupport@bpaigroup.com.
 I have a list of corrective actions to complete and I am unable to meet the deadlines that we have put, what do I do?
 Please contact your area manager for further guidance.
 I am unable to upload my photos?
 Check that you have internet connectivity as you won't be able to upload photos when offline. Also ensure any photos you're trying to upload are in .jpg format.
 My login details are not recognised.
 Please check with your area manager that you are registered on the system. If you are registered, please try resetting your password, and if this doesn't work, then email ymesupport@bpaigroup.com with your dealer contact email and your username so that we can check that you are registered correctly on the system.
 What are the support opening hours?

 One of the previous users has left the company since the last audit, what do we do?
 Please contact your area manager to ensure their login details are removed.
 When can I rectify any standards that I have not passed?
 Once your area/country manager has approved your audit report you will be able to view your non-compliances and by demonstration of a picture or explanation you will be able to submit an updated report for approval by your manager
 Why can't I use Internet Explorer (IE)?
 This application only works with modern browsers and will not function properly in Internet Explorer. This is because the technologies and frameworks used are not supported by IE. Please download Chrome to use this application if you're using IE and haven't been redirected to do so already.
 How do I use the app offline?
 If you suspect that you are in an area with weak or no wifi, please check your internet connection by clicking/tapping the 'Check Online Status' button and wait a few seconds for the app to check and update its online/offline status. If the app confirms you are offline, you will be able to continue to answer the audit questions but will not be able to upload any supporting photos (You can upload supporting photos later when you have full internet connectivity restored). When answering questions offline, please ensure you do not try and navigate away from the audit page. Please ensure you do this otherwise the answers you log may not update correctly.
 How do I download Google Chrome?
 if you're using a Windows PC, then the system should identify that you are not using Google Chrome and will provide a link for you to download this onto your device.
 What type of image files can I upload
 You can only upload image files of type .jpg
 How long does it take to do a self-audit?
 The process should take you approximately 1 – 1 ½ hours to complete.
